HOME RUN Investment Program

Enter your last name and an address you used with us — the email you typed on the application form, your site contact email, or the email your practice site used on the Part G certification. We’ll show you what we’ve received and where things stand.

Applications are reviewed quarterly and can take up to four to six weeks once the review process has begun for a decision to be made. The review committee will reach out to applicants if more information is needed or once a decision on their application has been reached. Mahalo for your patience and consideration.
